摘　　要：应用化学专业的人才培养结合独立学院学生特点,采用多元化的管理、个体化的课程体系、着力提高师资的创新水平、建设良好的实践研究条件和氛围,在应用化学专业的应用实践型人才培养方面取得了较好的效果。The Zhongshan College of UESTC is one of the 317 independent colleges in China. During the last more than 4 years, based on the students＇ characteristics in the independent college, the Talent Cultivation of Application Chemistry adopted pluralistic management ways and the individual courses system, enhanced the innovation ability of teachers and constructed the favorable atmosphere of practice and research, and acquired better effects.
