阳离子聚合物固墨剂及其对喷墨记录介质性能的影响

摘  要:两步法合成了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC),并将DMDAAC进行聚合,得到聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC),以其作为阳离子聚合物固墨剂应用于喷墨记录介质的涂层中,研究了它对几种喷墨记录性能的影响。结果表明:当颜料与亲水性聚合物的比例为90/10,阳离子聚合物固墨剂PDMDAAC的添加量为6%时,喷墨记录介质涂层的记录性能达到最佳,吸墨速度为6.2 s,清晰度为1.0015,耐水性能达到a级。Dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) was prepared by two-steps reaction and then polymerized it to get PDMDAAC. As cationic polymer fixing-ink agent, the synthetic product was applied in ink-jet coating and the effect on some ink-jet medium properties was studied. The result showed that the properties of ink-jet coating reaches best under the condition that the ratio of pigment and hydrophilic polymer is 90: 10, the amount of cationic polymer fixing-ink agent PDMDAAC is 6%. The rate of the ink absorption is 6. 2s, the definition is 1. 0015 and the grade of water fastness reach A level.
