摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫平滑肌瘤手术患者应用健康教育临床路径表进行健康教育的效果。方法 采用随机抽样的研究方法，将患者随机分成观察组和对照组2组，每组各36例。观察组按制定好的医护临床路径及健康教育临床路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复及健康教育工作；对照组实施整体护理。结果 观察组患者对疾病相关知识、健康技能掌握程度及服务满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 子宫平滑肌瘤手术患者应用健康教育临床路径表在缩短平均住院日、降低医疗费用的同时，有利于患者主动参与诊疗和护理，提高了患者的满意度，使患者获得最佳的医疗护理服务。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway table on health education applied in the patients with hysterectomy. Methods The patients were sampled randomly and divided into two groups： experimental group （n = 36） and control group （n = 36）. Control group was given routine holistic nursing after hysterectomy. Experimental group was given the nursing pathway and the clinical pathway table on health education. Results The mastering level of diseases knowledge and skills and the patients＇ satisfaction degree of experimental group were better than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions In the patients with uterine leiomyoma, using the clinical pathway table on health education can be effective in decreasing average hospitalization days and the average costs of hospitalization, and promoting the patients＇ satisfaction degree, and making them get the best medical services.
