摘　　要：目的 探讨系统健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法 将120例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例，研究组接受系统健康教育1年，采用阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）、社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS）和Morning Side康复状态量表（MRSS）评定康复效果。结果 再入院率、住院天数、出院时和入组后1年末PANSS、SDSS、MRSS评分，研究组明显低于对照组。结论 系统健康教育对首发精神分裂症患者康复有明显的促进作用。Objective To explore the influence of systematic health guidance on the rehabilitation of the patients with first episode schizophrenics. Methods 120 patients with first episode schizophrenics were divided randomly into study group and control group, and 60 cases in each group. The patients in study group received systematic health guidance for 1 year. The positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and social disability screening schedule （SDSS） and morning side rehabilitation state scale （MRSS） were used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients＇ rehabilitation. Results The re-discharged rate, hospitalization time, PANSS and SDSS and MRSS scores when discharged and after a year of study group were lower significantly than those of control group. Conclusions Systematic health guidance can significantly improve the rehabilitation of the patients with first episode schizophrenics.
