摘 要:目的 探讨人工清洗、清洗机清洗、人工+清洗机清洗3种方法对医疗器械的洗涤效果。方法 将使用后的医疗器械根据结构的不同分为表面光滑的A组和结构复杂(具有管道、缝隙、轴关节、齿槽部位)的B组,每组300件分别按上述3种方法清洗,并对清洗后的器械采用目测法、潜血试验法、鲎试验3种方法评估清洗效果。结果 对于A组器械3种清洗方法合格率均无显著性差异(P均〉0.05);对于B组器械,人工清洗与机器清洗的合格率均无显著性差异(P均〉0.05),而人工+机器清洗合格率高于人工清洗或机器清洗,有显著性差异(P均〈0.05)。结论 对于表面光滑的器械用人工或清洗机清洗均可,而结构复杂的器械应先手工刷洗后再用清洗机清洗效果更好。Objective To explore the cleaning effects of medical equipments with three methods: artificial washing , machine washing, artificial washing + machine washing. Methods The medical equipments were classified into two groups: group A which has smooth surface, group B which has complicated structure (such as tubing, crevice, axis joint, dentis part) ,300 pieces' per group, the medical equipments in each group were washed with above-mentioned three methods. The cleaning effects were compared by visual examination and OBT and limulus test. Results In group A, there was no significant difference in cleaning eligibility rate among three methods (P〉 0.05) ; In group B, there were no significant difference in cleaning eligibility rate between artificial washing and machine washing (P 〉 0.05), but compared with the method of artificial washing + machine washing, the cleaning eligibility rate of the former methods were lower significantly (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions It is correct to wash medical equipment with smooth surface with artificial method or washing machine. But in the complicated medical equipment, it is better to be washed by artificial washing firstly, and then washed by washing machine.
