摘  要:目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)和尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)与早期糖尿病肾病的关系及临床应用价值。方法HbAlc及mAlb采用免疫透射比浊法,NAG采用速率法测定。结果170例尿蛋白定性阴性的糖尿病患者HbAlc、尿MAG及尿mAlb水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);单项检测的阳性率不高,双项或三项联合检测会提高阳性检出率。结论HbAlc是监测糖尿病肾病的重要指标,尿NAG及mAlb是诊断早期糖尿病肾脏损伤灵敏、可靠的实验室指标。Objective To evaluate the relationship between levels of urine albumin,urine N-aeety-β-D-glueosaminidase(NAG) ,blood hematoglobin (Ale) and the carly diabetic nephropathy ( DN ), and to study the clinical significance of them. Methods Urine albumin and HbAle were detected by immunity turbiktimctric method. NAG was detected by rate assay. Results Urine albumin, urine NAG and HbAlc were detected in 170 cases of DM whose urinary albumin were negative. The levels of them were obviously higher than those in controls( P 〈0. 01 ). Combining these items together would raise the positive rate in early DN. Conclusions The detection of urine mAlb and NAG is sensitive and reliable in early DN, HbAlc is wall to fast of early DN.
