抗心磷脂抗体及高敏C-反应蛋白与高血压关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨抗心磷脂抗体、高敏C-反应蛋白与高血压的相关关系。方法选取高血压病人126例(高血压组),健康者45例(对照组),检测抗心磷脂抗体(ACA-lgG、IgM)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血脂、血压。比较2组各指标的差异性,并对ACA-IgG、ACA-IgM、hs-CRP分别与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)进行相关性检验。结果在高血压组与对照组各检验指标除高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇外均差异显著(P<0.01)。ACA-IgG与SBP及DBP,hs-CRP与SBP及DBP均呈显著正相关(P<0.01),ACA-IgG与hs-CRP也呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论ACA、hs-CRP在高血压的发生发展中起到重要作用。检测血清hs-CRP和ACA-IgG对高血压病的发生有预报作用。Objective To study on the relationship between the levels of antiphaspholipid antibodies（ ACA-IgG IgM） , hypersensitive C- reaction protein（hs-CRP） and hypertension. Methods In 126 patients with hypertension （test group）and 4-5 eases of healthy person （control group） ,ACA-IgG, ACA-IgM, hs-CRP, blocd-lipid were messured quantitively ; blood pressure between the two groups was simultaneously compared. Correlative test was conducted between the levels of ACA-IgG, ACA-IgM, hs-CRP and systolic blood pressure（ SBP）, diastolic blood pressure（DBP） , respeetively. Results The difference between the two group is remarkable except hyperdensity lipoprotein-eholesterol（ P 〈0. 01 ）. ACA-IgG to SBP and DBP, hs-CRP to SBP and DBP showed positive linear correlationship. Conclusions ACA, hs-CRP play an important role in the development of hypertension. Pro-alert effect of hs-CRP and ACA-IgG will be mattered to hypertension.
