摘 要:目的了解临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性及变迁。方法对近5年分离出的1054株铜绿假单胞菌选用16种抗生素采用Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散进行药敏试验,按美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)标准诊断。。结果铜绿假单胞菌最敏感的抗生素是美罗培南(总耐药率15.5%),抗菌作用最差的是头孢曲松(总耐药率63.9%)。铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药性的变化呈逐年上升的趋势。结论加强耐药性的检测,合理使用抗菌药物及采取有效控制措施控制铜绿假单胞菌的感染十分重要。Objeetve To explore the antibiotic resistance and its changing tend of pseudomonas aeruginosa( P. aeruginosa). Methods Drug-resistance test with 16 kings of common antibiotics against 1054 strains of P. acraginosa was performed by Kirby-Bauer method. The drug sensitive experiment was based on the standard of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) from 2001 -2005. Results Mcropcnem was of the stongest activity against P. acruginosa with the total drug-resistance of 15.5% ,and cefriaxonc was of the weakest with the total drug-resistance of 63.9%. The drug-resistance rate of P. aeraginosa was increasing year by year. Conclusions It is very important to select antibiotics correctly according to the results of susceptibility tests. Measures should be taken to control the spread of Pseudomonas strain.
