摘　　要：我国森林集中连片地区大部分是贫困人口集中的地区,生产力水平落后,经济发展水平低,在努力发展地方经济的同时,又担负着保护生态的重担。本文论述了生态补偿在实现森林地区经济可持续发展中的必要性,分析了神农架林区发展经济与生态保护中存在的问题并提出相应生态补偿对策。The forest areas with a poor population,a laggard productivity and a lower level of economic development is charged with both the economic development and the ecological protection. The paper discusses the necessity of the ecological compensation for the sustainable development of economy in forest areas. And the problems in developing the economy and protecting the environment in Shennongjia are analyzed and the countermeasures are advanced.
