对发展我国水稻生态产业经济的几点思考

摘　　要：针对我国水稻生产出现的市场粮价不稳、稻谷结构性过剩以及水稻生产面临的无污染、安全、优质的新挑战,提出了“水稻生态产业”的概念,并阐述了实施水稻生态产业经济的战略原则,提出以生态技术为基础,发展无公害、绿色稻米生产,实施可持续发展战略,以产业化经营为主导,实施龙头带动战略等发展水稻生态产业经济,实现粮食增产、农民增收、企业增效与经济社会发展协调统一的具体战略措施。To meet the problems of fluctuant rice price,superfluous rice production due to unreasonable planting structure and the new demands for non-pollution, security and high quality of rice production, the paper puts forward the conception of ＂rice ecological industry＂ and the strategy principles implementing ＂rice ecological industry＂economy. Developing non- polluted and green rice production and implementing a sustainable development strategy on the basis of ecological techniques are suggested. In order to increase the food yield, farmer＇s income and enterprise＇s benefits and realize the coordination development of society and economy, the ecological industry economy of rice should be implemented with the steering of leading enterprises under the industrialization management.
