穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜血流量、前列腺素E_2的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用。方法:选大鼠48只分4组,3组用氨水造模后穴位贴敷及灌胃胃苏冲剂对照观察大鼠一般状态、胃黏膜血流量及前列腺素E2变化情况。结果:穴位贴敷较对照组疗效差异均有显著意义。结论:穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎有良好的治疗作用。Objective： To discuss the effect of point application on chronic atrophic gastritis. Method： 48 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The models were induced by ammonia water and treated with point application and Infusion for Soothing the Stomach. Common condition of rats, gastric mucous membrane blood flow and prostaglandin E2 were detected in experience. Result： There is significance difference between point application and control in curative effect. Conclusion： Point application has the effect to treat c atrophic gastritis.
