摘　　要：分析了煤炭集团公司主因素的演变过程,以鹤壁煤业集团为例,运用系统动力学对煤炭资源、技术和文化子系统为主因素的核心竞争力形成过程进行了仿真模拟,通过对模拟结果检验,表明其年产量、年利润和年产值等多项指标的仿真结果与实际结果相吻合,较好地模拟了主因素的形成过程。Existing management mode of coal enterprises is briefly explained and problems produced during the process of informatization in the mode is analyzed. Modernized management mode of BPR combined with ERPshould be adopted by coal enterprises in order to optimize the resources allocation of enterprise and improve utilization rate of resources.
