摘 要:桐庐富春江特大桥引桥9~14孔采用54mT 梁结构,但由于其跨径长、自重大,施工架设非常困难,因此全部 T 梁均采用预制吊装法,用双导梁穿巷式架桥机吊装就位。本文主要介绍了54mT 梁的架设过程,包括利用运梁车配合架桥机进行运梁、架梁、过孔以及施工过程中的测量控制等工作。随着架桥机的跨越能力不断增强,大跨径预应力 T 梁的现场预制、吊装和架设越来越普遍,希望本文可以为同类工程提供借鉴参考。From the ninth to the fourteenth spans of the Fuchunjing River bridge approach in Tonglu were applied 54 mT beams. Because of its long span and heavy weight, the erection of the 54 mt beam was very di^cult. All the T beams were erected by the prefabrication technology and lifted by two-nose girder overhaead latmching gantry. This paper introduced the process of erection of the 54 mt beams, including using beam carrying vehicle and two-nose girder overhead launching gantry to carry beams, erecting beams, passing the bridge opening and measure control in construction. With the increase of span of overhead latmching gantry, long-span T beam will be more and more applied in prefabrication, lifting and erection. This paper might provide reference to the similar engineering projects.
