摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会是一项系统工程，包含若干子系统。一个子系统运行发生故障时，将会影响到整个系统的正常运转，建立健全和谐社会的长效机制链能使系统内部组织达到优化整合、系统外部功能得到最好发挥，进而达到系统内外互动的最佳运行状态。社会主义和谐社会最佳运行的长效机制链主要包括公平的社会参与机制、创新的社会动力机制、合理的利益协调机制、顺畅的社会流动机制、安全的社会保障机制、有效的社会控制机制。各种机制互动、整合和功能的发挥有利于社会主义和谐社会的构建。Setting up the harmonious society is a systematic project,which contains many subsystems. The false operation of a subsystem will affect the whole system. The long-term mechanism chain for harmonious society will optimize and integrate internal organs of the system, and exert its external function best, thus achieve the best operation of system with the interaction of inside and outside. The long-term mechanism chain for harmonious society mainly includes equal social participation mechanism, innovative social impetus mechanism, suitable interest coordinated mechanism, fluent social flowing mechanism, safe social guard mechanism, effective social controlling mechanism. The interaction, integrating and functional exertion of every mechanism are uesful for setting-up of harmonious society.
