摘  要:研究了由蒜头果油制取1,15-十五碳二酸二甲酯的3种合成路线,比较了3种合成路线中臭氧化的吸收特征。结果表明,合成路线一为5步反应,1,15-十五碳二酸二甲酯收率为26.9%;路线二为4步反应,1,15-十五碳二酸二甲酯收率为61.7%;路线三为3步反应,1,15-十五碳二酸二甲酯收率为68.1%。通过对比确定路线3是最佳合成方案。用拟水平正交试验法对路线3的酯化反应进行优化,确定最佳的反应条件是:反应温度70℃左右;催化剂用量与原料比为1∶5(v.m-1);反应时间2 h。该优化条件可使1,15-十五碳二酸二甲酯收率达到72.4%。Three kinds of synthesis process of dimethyl 1,15-pentadecanedioate from malania oleifera oil were introduced and the absorption characteristic of reactant in the ozonidation reaction of these three kinds of synthesis process were compared. The route Ⅰ had 5 steps reaction and its yield was 26.9 % ; the route Ⅱ had 4 steps and the yield was 61.7% ; the route Ⅲ had 3 steps and the yield was 68.1%. The process route Ⅲ was the best synthesis process. The esterification condition of route Ⅲ was optimized by the quasi-level horizontal orthogonal testing method. The result showed the best esterification conditions were as followed: the reaction time 2h, reaction temperature 70 ℃, ratio of catalyst amount to raw material was 1:5 (v/m). The yield of dimethyl 1,15- pentadecanedioate by the optimized process could be up to 72.4 %.
