农药混剂中三乙膦酸铝含量测定方法的探讨

摘　　要：对农药混剂样品先进行处理，用特定溶剂把三乙膦酸铝与干扰组分进行分离，把混剂中的三乙膦酸铝分离出来，再采用行业标准进行测定，完成了混剂中三乙膦酸铝的测定。着重对分离过程中溶剂的选用、溶解时间、过滤的要求等条件进行试验，确定最佳实验条件，并对该法的精密度和准确度进行了评估，精密度较高，变异系数小于0．5％，回收率在99．1％～100．1％之间。本法简便，经济实用，重现性好，值得推广。The phosethyl-Al was separated from interfere component with solvent and determined by industry standard. The selection of solvent, dissolving time and the filtration demand were studied and the optimum conditions were obtained. This method had good precision and accuracy, the coefficient of variation was less than 0.5 96 and the recovery was between 99.1% -100.1%.
