摘　　要：目的总结应用半导体激光治疗仪经皮激光腰椎间盘气化减压术（percutaneous laser disc decompression．PLDD）的配合体会。方法对43例PLDD患者进行充分的术前准备，术中密切配合及护理。结果43例患者均安全顺利完成手术，术后病人腰背疼痛明显减轻或消失。结论术前准备充分，术中良好配合及护理是手术成功的保证。Objectives To summarize our experience of cooperation of percutaneous laser disc decompression （PLDD） in treating lumbar disc herination. Methods 43 lumbar disc herination cases were all well prepared pre-operatively and performed intensive cooperation, monitoring and surgical care during the operation,Results： Total 43 cases were safely experienced the procedure and had significantly low back pain relief or even disappear post-operatively. Conclusions Well pre-operative preparation and intensive surgical cooperation are the essential to insure the success of the surgery.
