摘  要:室温下二浸二轧自制纳米TiO2/SiO2复合溶胶处理白色棉府绸织物,晾干后,100℃水热处理20 min,织物的紫外防护性能大大提高。粒度分析结果显示,复合溶胶颗粒的平均粒径约为33.04 nm;复合溶胶对紫外线有较强的吸收。采用SEM对整理后棉织物表面进行观察,发现棉纤维表面有大量纳米颗粒生成。经复合溶胶整理后,棉织物的断裂强力有所下降。The self-made TiO2-SiO2 nano composite sol was applied to the white cotton poplin by dipping and nipping method. After airing, the fabric was hydrothermally treated for 20 min. Excellent UV screening property of the fabric could be acquired after the treatment. The particle size analysis of the sol showed that the particles' average size was about 33.04 nm, and the sol had strong absorption to ultraviolet. The SEM showed that a lot of nano particles appeared on the cotton fibres surface. The cotton poplin finished with the sol had some loss of tensile strenath.
