摘  要:目的:探索荭草苷对大鼠血液流变学的影响及对高胆固醇血症小鼠血清胆固醇影响。方法:大鼠给与不同剂量的荭草苷(0.75,1.5,3.0mg.kg-1)7d,用MVIS-2000全自动血液流变学分析系统测定全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容积、血沉、血沉方程k、红细胞电泳时间;小鼠给与不同剂量的荭草苷(1,2,4mg.kg-1)20min后小白鼠眼眶静脉采血取血清,测定血清胆固醇;大鼠经皮下注射异丙肾上腺素,建立血淤模型,再观察血液流变学的指标。结果:荭草苷能显著降低正常及血淤模型大鼠全血黏度(高、中、低均降低),降低血浆黏度,降低纤维蛋白原的含量,并能显著降低红细胞比容积,减慢血沉速度,降低血沉方程k值(TK),显著加快红细胞电泳时间,与对照组比较差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);荭草苷能明显降低高胆固醇血症的小白鼠的血清胆固醇。与空白对照组比较,差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:荭草苷对正常及血淤模型大鼠血液流变学具有明显的改善作用,能明显降低高胆固醇血症的小鼠的血清胆固醇。OBJECTIVE The effect of orientin on hemorheology of normal rats and the effect of orientin on serum cholesterol of high cholesterol's mice were studied in this paper. METHODS The different concentrations of orientin was given to the experimental rats. The effects of orientin on rat's blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB, ESR, TK, electrophoresis times, HCT were measured by MVIS-2000 automatic analysis system; rat blood stasis model was set up by isoprenaline and the same index were observed. The different concentrations of orientin was given to experimental mice, the serum cholesterol of the high cholesterol's mice was obtained by eyepit vein and measured. RESULTS Orientin reduced blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB, ESR, TK, HCT and increased the speed of electrophoresis time in normal and blood adhesion model, and orientin significantly reduce serum cholesterol of the high cholesterol's mice. CONCLUSION All these results suggested that orientin can improve some indexes of hemorheology in normal and blood adhesion model and reduce serum cholesterol of the high cholesterol's mice.
