补骨脂素凝胶对实验性白癜风的疗效

摘　　要：目的:考察补骨脂素凝胶对豚鼠实验性白癜风的药效作用。方法:用化学脱色法制备实验性白癜风动物模型,以8-甲氧基补骨脂素酊剂为阳性对照,分别用低、中、高剂量补骨脂素凝胶进行治疗,考察其对实验性白癜风皮肤黑色素分布、胆碱酯酶与酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果:补骨脂素凝胶对实验性白癜风有良好的治疗作用,与模型对照组比较,对皮肤黑色素分布的影响差异有极显著性(P<0.01),对胆碱酯酶和酪氨酸酶活性的影响差异具显著性(P<0.05);高,中,低剂量组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:补骨脂素凝胶对实验性白癜风具有良好的治疗作用。OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamics of psoralen gel on experimental vitiligo modles. METHODS The vitiligo models were produced by chemical decoloration method, then the models were respectively treated with three different dosages of psoralen gel, and 8-MOP tincture was used as the positive control. Observed the distribution of the skin melanin and determined the activity of acetylcholinesterase and tyrosinase. RESULTS The psoralen gel showed good effects on the animal models, It highly improved the skin melanin generation compared with the model group （P〈0.01） and also increased the activity of acetylcholinesterase and tyrosinase（P〈0. 05）. There was no difference among the three different dosages（P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION This study suggests that the psoralen gel had good therapeutic effect on the vitiligo models.
