乳洁安胶囊对大鼠乳腺增生及脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳洁安胶囊对大鼠乳腺增生及脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群影响。方法:应用腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇复制大鼠乳腺增生模型,同时应用药物治疗。用药30d后处死大鼠,取乳腺组织切片观察。同时剖腹取脾脏,剪碎,研磨后,用无钙镁的Hank’s液制备成单细胞悬液,应用流式细胞仪双色法测定CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值。结果:模型组大鼠体重增长缓慢,乳房肿大,乳腺组织增生明显,并且CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值显著降低,而灌服乳洁安胶囊的大鼠能不同程度抑制大鼠乳房肿大和乳腺增生,并能明显提高CD3+、CD4+百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值。结论:乳洁安胶囊具有抑制乳腺增生,增强机体免疫力,调节细胞免疫的功能。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Effect of Rujie＇an capsules on bastoplasia and T-lymphocyte subsets of spleen in rats. METItODS The model of mastoplasia was induced by benzoate estradiol iritraperitoneal injection in SD female rats. The model rats were treated with different drugs respectively. All rats were killed after 30 days, the tissue of second pair of mammary glands was observed. At the same time, the spleens were taken out for preparing single cells suspension. The percent of CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD8＋ , CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio of splenic T-lymphocytes were determined by flow cytometry （FCM）. RESULTS Compared with normal group, the growth of weight was slow in model group, and we could see that breast of rats was swollen, the proliferation was obvious in mammary gland tissue, the percent of CD3＋, CD4＋ , CD4-/CD8 ratio reduced significantly in model group. Rujie＇an capsules could inhibit the breast swelling and mammary gland hyperplasia. It also could increase CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio of splenic T-lymphocytes remarkably. CONCLUSION Rujiean capsule can inhibit mammary gland hyperplasia. It also has the function of immunologic enhancement and cellular immune regulation.
