咪喹莫特乳膏与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶预防尖锐湿疣复发的比较

摘　　要：目的:了解局部外用咪喹莫特乳膏与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对激光术后预防尖锐湿疣(CA)复发的疗效比较。方法:90例CA病人随机分成A、B、C3组,均行激光治疗去除疣体,A组32例外用咪喹莫特乳膏,B组30例外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,C组28例局部不用任何药物(对照组)。结果:A组复发率9.40%,B组复发率30.00%,C组复发率78.60%。结论:激光去除疣体后局部外用咪喹莫特乳膏与重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶预防尖锐湿疣复发有较好疗效(P<0.01),咪喹莫特乳膏疗效更佳。Objective：To observe the effect of imiquimod cream and recombinant human interferon（α-2b） gel in preventing the recurrence of eondyloma acuminatum after CO2 laser treatment.Methods：Ninety patients of condyloma acuminatum were randomized into groups A,B adn C,all the patients were treated with CO2 laser firstly,then the group A was treated with 5% imiquimed cream,the group B was treated with interfom （α-2b） gel,the group C were treated with CO2 laser only.Results：The recurrence rates of groups A,B and C were9.38%.30.00%,78.57% respectively.Conclusion：Using 5% imiquimed cream and recombinant human interferon （α-2b） gel topically is effective in the prevention of condyloma acuminatam relapse after CO2 laser treatment （P〈0.01）. The 5% imiquimed cream is the better （P〈0.05）.
