摘　　要：本文从探讨特殊动产的范围和划分标准入手,在分析我国现行特殊动产物权登记制度现状的基础上,指出了现行登记制度中存在的法律冲突、汽车登记效力不明等不足,并进而提出了明确我国特殊动产物权登记效力、建立物权登记请求权制度的若干立法建议,以期对完善我国特殊动产物权登记制度产生积极的影响。Based on the investigation of the scope and standard, this article analysis the present situation of the registration systems of special movables in our county, indicate the conflicts among the rules and regulations in force, and set forth some legislation suggestiom to clear and defmite the effect of the registration of the special movable and the establishment on the registration claim of real- rights, The purpose is to exert an positive influence on the improvement of the registration system of right over the special movables.
