The Effects of CO_2 Enrichment and Resumption in Ambient on Gas Exchange Parameter,Growth and Development in Guzmania ‘Cherry’

摘  要:研究了CO2浓度对吉利凤梨光合作用、光合作用关键酶活性及生长发育等方面的影响,同时对加富处理后在大气环境中的恢复情况进行初步探讨。结果如下:CO2加富处理的吉利凤梨,叶片净光合速率、水分利用效率在整个试验期间CO2加富处理组均比对照组高;而气孔导度、蒸腾速率均比对照组低;CO2加富处理的吉利凤梨株高、叶面积均高于对照组;CO2加富促进了叶片碳水化合物(可溶性糖,淀粉)的积累;CO2加富处理的吉利凤梨,叶片中的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b降低,但叶绿素a/b没有明显变化;CO2加富处理的前30天乙醇酸氧化酶活性大幅度下降,核酮糖1,5二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(Rubisco)活性升高,处理90天后CO2加富处理组的Rubisco羧化活性低于对照;CO2加富提前了吉利凤梨花期。CO2加富处理结束150天后转移到大气恢复30天后CO2加富处理组下的光合作用、光合作用关键酶活性、可溶性糖与淀粉含量等指标均已恢复到接近对照组的水平。The effects of CO2 concentration on photosynthesis, activity of photosynthetic enzyme, growth and development of Guzmania Cherry were studied in greenhouse. Meanwhile, recovery situations in ambient CO2 concentration were studied following the end of elevated CO2 concentration treatment. The results as follows, the net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of CO2 concentration enrichment were higher than that of ambient CO2 concentration. But stoma conductance and transpiration rate of treatment were lower than ck. The plant height and leaf area were also increased. The contents of soluble sugar and starch were accumulated. The contents of total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were decreased, but no obviously change in rate of chlorophyll a/b. Activity of glycolate oxidase was substantially declined, But Rubisco activity was promoted during treatment of 30 days. Rubisco activities of treatment were lower than ck after treated 90 days. Flowering of Guzmania ' Cherry' were also promoted. Index of photosynthesis, activity of photosynthetic enzyme, and the contents of soluble sugar and starch were returned to the level of control after exposure to elevated CO2 for 150 days and switched from treatment conditions to ambient CO2 for 30 days.
