摘 要:利用电纺技术制备了对甲苯磺酸掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI-TSA)/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合电纺纤维膜。并用电导率仪,SEM,静电电位计,电化学工作站,力学试验机等进行表征。研究表明PANI-TSA的加入增强了纺前溶液的电导率,显著提高了膜的电导率和抗静电性能。同时由于部分PANI-TSA没有溶解,以颗粒状存在纤维中,纤维表面因此变得粗糙,拉伸强度略有降低。Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was blended with Polyaniline which doped with p- toluene sulphonic acid (PANI- TSA), and co- electrospun into nanofibrous membranes.The composite membranes were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM),electrical conductivity measurement, mechanical tensile testing.The data indicate that with increasing the amount of PANI - TSA (from 0 to 0.05 m/m) ,it became hard to spin, and the electrical conductivity was increased from 0.225 mS/cm to 1.83 ms/cm,and melectrostatic potential reduced from 6 kV to 0.8 kV.So,the PANI was responsible for the high electrical conductivity of the blend. Because of the existence of PANI granules, the tensile strength and elongation at break decreases.
