摘 要:以瓜尔胶(GG)为原料、3-氯-2-羟丙基二甲铵基乙酸盐(CCDH)为两性醚化剂,在碱催化剂作用下半干法合成了不同取代度的ZGG,并通过IR对CCDH和ZGG进行了表征。同时考察了体系中碱用量、反应温度、反应时间对产品取代度的影响。结果表明,当瓜尔胶用量为8 g,CCDH为4 g,NaOH为0.06 g,温度为65℃,反应时间为5 h,取代度为0.544。Zwittefionic guar gum (ZGG) is a group of novel water - soluble guar gum derivatives with both anionic and cationic groups, and it possesses wide application prospects. ZGG was prepared by a semi - dry process of reaction of guar gum (GG) and N - (3 - chloro- 2 - hydropropyl) - N - (carboxymethyl) - N, N - dimethyllammoniumhydroxide (CCDH) . Structure of the CCDH and ZGG were characterized by IR spectrum. The effects of alkaline catalyst and reaction temperature as well as reaction time on the substitution were studied. The results showed that when the amount of guar gum and that of CCDH were 8 g and 4 g, respectively, the optimum reaction conditions were that NaOH 0.06 g, reaction temperature 65 ℃ and reaction time 5 h, with the degree of substitution achieves 0.544.
