摘  要:根据扬子热电厂9台并列锅炉运行的实际情况,在深入分析母管制机组锅炉与汽轮机间的能量平衡的基础上,将单元机组中常用的基于直接能量平衡的蒸汽压力控制策略直接推广到母管制机组。在此基础上,进一步结合增益自适应的预估补偿技术和相位补偿技术,提出了完整的基于大滞后补偿控制技术的并列锅炉母管蒸汽压力的优化控制方案,现场应用表明所提出的控制方法是十分有效的。Starting from actual operating conditions of 9 SHA Zhi-qiang2 parallelly connected boilers in Yangzi Cogeneration Power Plant, after having studied in detail energy balance between turbines and boilers, operating with a common fresh steam manifold, the steam pressure control strategy, based on direct energy balancing as commonly used in block units, is right away being extended to sets with a common manifold. Furthermore, compensating technique with the phase compensating technique, a manifold in parallel operation, based on large-lag compensation technique, is being by combining the gain adaptive prediction pressure optimizing way of control for boilers proposed. On-site application has shown this way of control to be quite effective. Figs 5 and refs 2
