摘  要:主燃区停留时间、再燃区停留时间和天然气输入热量比不但影响再燃还原NOx的效果,而且是与天然气喷入位置、燃尽风喷入位置、再燃技术经济性关系紧密的3个因素。利用一维再燃热态实验炉对此3个因素与再燃还原NOx效果的关系进行了实验研究,得到了NOx排放的基本趋势和规律,并着重分析了主燃区停留时间影响再燃还原NOx效果的原因。The 3 factors: lingering time in the main combustion zone, that in the reburning zone percentage due to natural gas, not only influence NOx reduction's effectiveness of reburning, but are and the heat input also factors that are closely connected with the injection position of natural gas and that of the burn-off air as well as with economical benefits of the reburning technology. The influences of the above mentioned 3 factors on NO, reduction were studied with a one- dimensional reburning hot test rig; wherewith the basic trend and laws that govern the influence of the 3 factors on NOx emission were found. The reason, why lingering time in the main combustion zone affects the NO~ reduction efficiency, is especially being analyzed, and the associative effects among the factors discussed.
