甲阶酚醛树脂酯催化反应动力学及产物热分析

摘  要:利用凝胶转化率的测定,研究了醋酸甘油酯(三醋酸甘油酯、二醋酸甘油酯、一醋酸甘油酯)对甲阶酚醛树脂交联反应的催化动力学,并对交联产物进行了热分析。结果表明,醋酸甘油酯对甲阶酚醛树脂的催化交联反应是一级动力学反应,三醋酸甘油酯、二醋酸甘油酯、一醋酸甘油酯等作催化剂时该反应的表观活化能分别为:11.45 kJ/mol、22.53 kJ/mol和29.27 kJ/mol;交联反应主要由甲阶酚醛树脂中的羟甲基引起,其酯催化交联产物比热固化产物更容易发生热分解。In this paper, the measurements of the gel contents and thermal analysis of its products dynamics of crosslinking reaction catalyzed with glycerol acetates (glycerol triacetate, glycerol diacetate and glycerol monoacetate) was studied. The results showed that the crosslinking reaction is first order kinetics. When glycerol triacctate, glycerol diacetate or glycerol monoacetate used as catalyst, the apparent activation energy of crosslinking reaction was respectively 11.45 kJ/mol,22.53 kJ/mol or 29.27 kJ/mol. The cross-linking reaction of resol was caused by hydroxymethyls in the resins. Thermal decomposition of ester crosslinked products happened easily than thermal cured products.
