摘  要:以IPDI、聚醚、BDO、DMPA等为原料合成水性聚氨酯分散体,再加入MMA和引发剂,采用核壳乳液聚合法制备脂肪族水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。引入小分子交联剂三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和环氧树脂E-20进行多重交联改性。用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对树脂结构进行了分析。讨论了n(NCO)/n(OH)比值、环氧树脂E-20、TMP、MMA添加量对乳液性能的影响。研究发现,当n(NCO)/n(OH)=(1.3-1.4):1、E-20质量分数为3%-5%、TMP为1%-3%、MMA为20%-30%时,所制备的PUA乳液综合性能较好。Water-based polyurethane dispersions were synthesized using IPDI, polyether, BDO, DMPA and so on,and then MMA and initiator were added,so aliphatic water-based polyurethane-acrylic hybrid emulsion were prepared by the method of core-shell emulsion polymerization. Low molecular weight cross-linker TMP and epoxy resin E-20 were introduced for crosslink modification. The struc- ture of the resin was analyzed by FTIR. Influence of NCO to OH ratio, epoxy E-20 content, TMP content and MMA content to emulsion performance were discussed. It is found that performance of prepared PUA emulsion is excellent when ( 1.3 - 1.4) : 1 of NCO to OH ratio, 3% - 5 % of E-20 content, 1% - 3% of TMP content and 20% - 30% of MMA content are fixed.
