摘 要:为了实现对亚表面下细小缺陷的检测,采用了法拉第磁光效应和电涡流效应相结合的方法。用间歇式脉冲信号去激励线圈,使靠近该线圈的受检金属试件中产生涡流效应,磁光薄膜在该涡流磁场的作用下产生磁光效应,使经过的线偏振光的偏振方向发生偏转,包含了缺陷信息的光线经偏振分光镜反射后可以被CCD接收,从而就可以检测到亚表面下细小缺陷。试验结果表明,磁光涡流显微成像方法是一种现实、可行的无损检测方法。The Faraday's magnetic optic effect is combined with eddy current effect to test the imperceptible flaws in subsurface. When coil is excited by intermittent impulse signal, the eddy current effect happens among the tested metal specimen near the coil. Because of magnetic-optic effect caused by eddy current magnetic field, the polarization direction of the passing linear polarization beam is changed. The beam reflected by the beamsplitter contains the defects' information can be accepted by CCD and the imperceptible flaws in subsurface of mental product can be visually tested. It is proved that the method of magnetooptic/eddy current imaging is reasonable and practicable for nondestructive testing.
