摘　　要：总结了近年来促进药物经皮吸收的几种物理方法,如离子导入、电致孔、超声导入、微针穿刺、热穿孔、激光技术和电极扫描系统的作用机制、影响因素以及目前的研究成果。Recent development of physical methods for enhancement of drug penetration in transdermal drug delivery system is summarized. The penetration mechanism, influence factors and productions of these methods such as iontophoresis, electrophoresis, sonophoresis, microneedles puncture, thermal phoresis, laser technology and electrode scanning system are discussed.
