摘 要:目的观察酸枣仁脂肪油提取物对高血脂大鼠血脂的调节作用,以及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、全血氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。方法取雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为生理盐水组,高脂血症组,酸枣仁脂肪油提取物高、中、低剂量组;灌胃30d后,取血测其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),以及全血CAT、血清SOD、MDA活性。结果与高血脂组相比,酸枣仁脂肪油提取物各剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL含量均明显降低(P<0.05);血清SOD及全血CAT含量均明显增强(P<0.05),而MDA含量则明显降低。结论酸枣仁脂肪油具有调节血脂作用,并可增强SOD、CAT活力,减少脂质过氧化损伤。Objective To observe the pharmacological effects of wild jujube fatty oil on blood lipids regulation, SOD, MDA and CAT in rats and to offer the basis for developing new traditional Chinese medicine for patents with hyperlipemia . Methods Based on body weight, 50 SD rats were randomly divided into hyperlipemia ( high fat food ) group, control ( normal saline ) group, and 3 experimental groups including low dosage oil group ( 0.35mL/100g ), median dosage oil group ( 0.7mL/100g ) and high dosage oil group ( 1.4mL/100g ) . At the 30th day after feeding regularly, the serum total TC, TG, LDL, SOD, MDA, CAT were determined. Results Serum TC, TG and LDL of wild jujube fatty oil group were significantly lower than that of hyperlipemia group( P 〈 0.05). Serum SOD and CAT of wild jujube fatty Oil group were significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05). Serum SOD and CAT of high dosage oil group and median dosage oil group were significantly lower than that of controls. No significant difference in low dosage oil group was found. Conclusion The WiM jujube fatty oil had the pharmacological action on blood lipids regulation and anti - peroxidation on blood lipids.
