摘 要:随着中国电力体制改革的推进,发电企业成了竞争的主体,水电站实施厂内经济运行显得尤为重要。文中探讨了在电力市场环境下如何将全厂的日发电计划最优地分配到各台机组,建立了以发电耗流量最小为目标的数学模型,设计并开发了基于B/S模式的水电站厂内经济运行的优化计算系统,并以乌江渡水电站某日发电计划进行实例分析,验证了系统的合理性和实时性。With the advance of the electric power system reform in China, power plants have become the principal part in the competition. For this reason, the realization of in-plant economical operation is very important for hydropower stations. This paper discusses the optimal daily generation load distribution over each unit under the electricity market environment, formulates a model whose objective function is the minimum of water consumption of power generation, designs and develops an in-plant economical operation optimization system for hydropower stations based on the B/S mode. The rationality and realtimeliness of the system are verified by a generation schedule of the Wujiangdu Hydropower Station.
