摘 要:以不饱和聚酯树脂(UP树脂)为基体,以苎麻纤维布作增强材料,采用接触成型法制备复合材料,研究了苎麻布增强UP树脂复合材料的密度、线收缩率、吸水膨胀率等物理性能及弯曲强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度等力学性能,并利用STA、TG等技术对复合材料及纯UP树脂浇注体进行热分析,利用扫描电子显微镜研究复合材料的断裂界面。结果表明:复合材料具有比UP树脂浇注体更大的密度和吸水膨胀率,更强的力学性能,以及更好的耐热性,而其收缩率却比UP树脂浇注体的值低。Unsaturated polyester(UP) resin and ramie cloth were used to form composites by hand lay-up. Physical and mechanical properties, such as density,curing shrinkage, expansion after absorbing water, flexural strength, flexural modulus, impact strength and thermal stability,were studied and compared with those of UP resin casting. The results showed that the composites had greater densities, smaller curing shrinkages, less expansion after immersing in the distilled water. It was improved mechanical properties than UP resin casting. The composites also had more thermal stable than pure UP resin casting.
