摘　　要：目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者围手术期使用胰岛素泵治疗的管理方法和体会。方法对我院50例围手术期采用胰岛素泵治疗的2型糖尿病患者,从糖尿病治疗的5个方面对胰岛素泵治疗进行管理。结果系统治疗和管理后,患者血糖得到有效控制,空腹、餐后2 h血糖均低于治疗前(P<0.01或P<0.05),对糖尿病的相关知识掌握优良率高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵逐步用于围手术期2型糖尿病患者,对其进行系统治疗和管理非常必要。Objective To explore the administration of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion （CSII） for patients with type 2 diabetes during the peri - operative period. Method 50 patients with type 2 diabetes received health care education regarding CSII during the peri - operative period. Results The blood sugar of the patients were controlled wen with a lower level of blood sugar before eating or 2 hours after eating compared with those before treatment （P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. In addition, the patients had more understanding regarding the relating knowledge than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is necessary to administrate CSII since it has used widely for patients during the perl - operative period.
