摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术单病种限价管理中的应用效果。方法选择236例腹腔镜手术患者,在原有诊疗护理流程的基础上,制订适合腹腔镜胆囊切除术单病种限价医疗护理服务的临床路径,即“优化临床路径”,并在每日诊疗、护理、康复工作中实施。将实施临床路径后患者的平均住院费用、平均住院日、患者满意度、健康知识掌握情况、自理能力恢复及基础护理质量与实施前进行比较。结果实施“优化临床路径”后,患者的平均住院日、平均手术费用明显低于实施前,患者健康知识掌握情况、护理质量和患者的满意度高于实施前。结论“优化临床路径”能让患者用尽可能少的费用得到康复的同时,又能享受优质的医疗护理服务,在临床中切实可行,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the application of the clinical pathway in laparoscopic chalecystectomy limited price management. Methods 236 patients who experienced laparoscopic cholecystectomy were recruited. In the light of the previous schedule of treatment and care, a new clinical pathway was developed and utilized in routine treatments,care and rehabilitation. The data were collected comprising patients＇ cost, length of hospitalization day, patients＇ satisfaction,health care knowledge, self - care ability and the quality of basic care. Results The average day of hospitalization, average cost of the patient after the utilization of the clinical pathway distinctly decreased compared with those before its utilization. In addition ,the mastery of health knowledge, quality of nursing care and satisfaction degree of the patient distinctly increased. Conrinsion The optimized clinical pathway can make the patients not only receive earlier rehabilitation by making use of smaller fare but also enjoy high - quality service of medical treatment and nursing. It is also practicable and popularized in clinical practice.
