摘　　要：目的观察光动力疗法（PDT）治疗视网膜血管瘤样增生（RAP）的短期效果。方法回顾分析PDT治疗RAP患者7例9只眼的临床资料。其中，Ⅰ期3只眼，Ⅱ期4只眼，Ⅲ期2只眼。PDT治疗按常规方法进行，治疗后随访观察3～20个月。所有患者治疗前后分别行视力、眼底检查，荧光素眼底血管造影（FFA）、吲哚青绿脉络膜血管造影（ICGA）以及光相干断层扫描（0CT）检查。结果视力提高≥2行者4只眼，视力稳定及变化在1行之内者3只眼，视力下降≥2行2只眼。FFA和（或）ICGA检查显示，3只眼新生血管渗漏停止，4只眼仍有渗漏，2只眼渗漏扩大。结论PDT可以在短期内减轻RAP患眼新生血管渗漏，促进视网膜水肿消退，延缓视力下降。Objective To evaluate the short-term therapeutic effects of photodynamic therapy （PDT） onretinal angiomatous proliferation （RAP）. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients （9 eyes, including 3 at stage Ⅰ , 4 at stage Ⅱ , and 2 at stage Ⅲ ） with RAP who had undergone PDT were retrospectively analyzed. The patients had been followed up for 3 to 20 months after PDT. The examination of visual acuity and ocular fundus, fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）, indocyanine green angiography （ICGA）, and optic coherence tomography had been performed on the patients. Results In the 9 eyes with RAP after PDT, the visual acuity increased ≥2 lines in 4, changed within 1 line in 3, and decreased ≥2 lines in 2. The results of FFA and （or） ICGA showed that the neovascular fluorescein leakage stopped in 3 eyes, remained in 4, and increased in 2 eyes. Conclusion PDT may relieve neovascular leakage, promote the elimination of the retinal edema, and defer the decrease of the visual acuity in patients with RAP.
