摘  要:目的:探讨超声动态观测胎儿睾丸下降时间、测量睾丸径线,在及时发现胎儿睾丸发育畸形的意义。方法:对孕龄18~40周的胎儿,采用超声诊断仪(探头频率3~5MHz)动态观测胎儿睾丸下降情况,并测量其大小。结果:正常男性胎儿于孕18周时可见阴茎反射,3%的胎儿于孕18周阴囊内可探及睾丸反射,18%胎儿于孕20周时阴囊内可见睾丸反射,85%胎儿于孕24周时阴囊内可探及双侧睾丸回声及有无鞘膜积液。结论:超声观测有利于了解胎儿睾丸降入阴囊和发育的状况。Objective:To observe the time of male fetus's descensus, testiculorum and detect the malformation of fetus's testiculus in time by ultrasound. Methods:Study subjectes were the fetuses with gestational age ranging from 18 weeks to 40 weeks. Ultrasonoscope were used , and transducer frequency were 3-5 MHz. Fetus's descensus testiculorum were observed periodly, and testiculus's diameter line were measured. Results: Penis reflex were observed in the normal male fetuses of gestational 18 weeks. Testiculus reflex were detected in scrotum in 3% fetus after gestational 18 weeks. Testiculus reflex were detected in scrotum in 18% of them after gestational 290 weeks. Both-side testiculus resonance with or without hydrocele were detected in scrotum in 85% after gestational 24 weeks. Conclusions:Observation of ultrasound profits for comprehending state of dropping in scrotum and developing to Fetus's testiculuses.
