摘  要:目的 探讨肠球菌溶血素与毒力的关系。方法 比较溶血性肠球菌在临床标本及健康人群粪便标本的检出率;比较溶血性、非溶血性肠球菌对小鼠的LD50及其对9种抗生素的敏感性。结果 临床标本肠球菌的溶血素检出率61.5%,高于健康人群粪便标本(18.4%,P〈0.05);溶血性肠球菌的LD50[(3.9~11)×10^8cfu/mL]比非溶血性肠球菌小[(2.5~8.9)×10^10cfu/mL,P〈0.01]。除丁胺卡那、万古霉素外,溶血性肠球菌对抗生素的耐药性明显高于非溶血株。结论 肠球菌的溶血素可能与其毒力有关。Objective To investigate the relation between enterococcus hemolysin and its virulence. Methods Incidence of hemolysin of enterococci derived from clinical isolates and healthy people fecal specimens were examined respectively; LD50 and antibiotic susceptibilities were compared between hemolytic strains and non hemolytic strains. Results Strains derived from clinical isolates exhibited higher (61.5%) incidence of hemolysin than that from healthy people fecal speciments(18.4%, P〈0.05). The LD50 of hemolytic strains [(3.9-11) 10^8cfu/mL] were at least 10-fold higher than those of non-hemolytic strains1-(2.5-8.9) 10^10cfu/mL], P〈0.01. Hemolytic strains were found to be more resistant to all the 9 antibiotics tested, except amikacin and vancomycin. Conclusion These results implied that hemolysin may contribute to the virulence of enterococci.
