摘　　要：文章回顾了20世纪80年代以来新城疫在世界各地流行的概况,介绍了新城疫病毒感染宿主不断扩大的趋势,探讨了新城疫毒力演变的分子机制,结合我国不同时期新城疫流行的基因型变化,对新城疫的演变规律做了具体的阐述。This report reviewed the outbreak history of Newcastle disease which had spread in the worldwide during the last 80 years, introduced the tendency of hosts being infected by NDV, discussed the evolvement of virulence in a view of molecule mechanism, and made a good forecast combined with the prevailing NDV genotype in our country.
