菊黄东方鲀胚胎及仔稚幼鱼的发育

摘　　要：本文报道了菊黄东方鲀胚胎及仔稚幼鱼发育情况.其结果表明:在水温20-21℃、盐度20-30、pH值8.0-8.3的条件下,受精卵受精后2h为2细胞期、15h为囊胚期、30h为原肠期、55h为胚体期、152h孵出仔鱼;孵出仔鱼在水温19-28℃、盐度20-30、pH8.0-8.3条件下,孵化后5d开口、18d进入稚鱼期、40d进入幼鱼期.此外,对胚胎及仔稚幼鱼各发育阶段进行较详细描述、测量并给出示意图.This paper reported the embryonic and larval development of Fuguflavidus. It showed that in conditions of water temperature 20 -21℃, salinity 20 -30, pH 8. 0 -8.3 ,the fertilized eggs developed to 2-cell in about 2h, blastula stage in about 15h, gastrula stage 30h and the hatched out larva 152h after fertilization. And in conditions of water temperature 19 -28℃, salinity 20 -27, pH 8.0 - 8.3, the larva opened its mouth at the 5^th day. It became juvenile at the 18^th day and young fish at the 40^th day after hatching.
