摘 要:为了解决高性能飞机机体和发动机用材料中产生的耐热及耐磨问题,对聚苯醚改性环保型酚醛树脂进行了研究,发现了一种改性剂X可以明显改善聚苯醚与酚醛树脂合成时的工艺性,并通过DSC、TGA、SEM和EDAX对材料在改性前后的耐热、耐磨性能以及力学性能进行了对比。通过对结果的讨论与分析,表明经过聚苯醚改性后的酚醛树脂,无论是耐热性、耐磨性还是力学性能,同未改性时相比,都有较大程度的提高。聚苯醚改性的酚醛树脂可将树脂的初始失重温度提高10~20℃,可将树脂在600℃时的残余量提高25%,改性后的酚醛树脂的磨损质量损失降低16.8%。另外,与未改性酚醛树脂相比,力学性能方面拉伸强度、弯曲强度与冲击强度分别比未改性前提高了400MPa、200MPa与60kJ/m2。To solve the problems of the heat resistance and abrasion-resistance of the engineering plastics used in the body and engine of aeroplane, the modification of eco-compatible phenolic resin by polyphenylene ether was studied, and it was found modifier X could apparently improve the synthesis technical properties between phenolic resin and polyphenylene ether. The heat resistance, abrasion resistance and mechanical properties of the materials before and after the modification were compared with each other by means of DSC, TGA, SEM and EDAX. The results showed the heat resistance, abrasion resistance and mechanical properties of the modified phenolic resin were better than those of the phenolic resin which was not modified. The initial weight loss temperature of the modified phenolic resin rose 10 - 20 ℃, which made the residual weight of the modified phenolic resin increased by 25 % at 600 ℃, the abrasion loss of the modified phenolic resin decreased by 16.8%. Compared with the unmodified resin, the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of the modified phenolic resin increased by 400 MPa, 200 MPa and 60 kJ/m^2 respectively.
