溢尿灵对肾阳虚大鼠模型免疫器官的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨溢尿灵对肾阳虚大鼠模型免疫器官的影响。[方法]将实验大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只。正常组给予生理盐水0.3mL后肢肌肉注射,1次/d,连续8周,并从第8天开始用双蒸水灌胃,2mL/只,1次/d,到实验结束。其余各组按25mg/kg给予醋酸泼尼松后肢肌肉注射,连续8周,并于第8天开始分别给予双蒸水、金匮肾气丸及溢尿灵大小剂量灌胃,连续7周。8周后,测体质量,处死,迅速去除脾脏、胸腺、肾上腺称取质量,计算脾指数及胸腺指数,并进行显微镜观察。[结果]溢尿灵大剂量组大鼠脾脏、胸腺指数与模型组大鼠相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),溢尿灵小剂量组大鼠胸腺指数与模型组大鼠胸腺指数相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),溢尿灵小剂量组大鼠脾脏指数与模型组大鼠脾脏指数相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]溢尿灵可能是通过改善患者的免疫功能来治疗肾阳虚型应力性溢尿症。[Objective] To explore the influence of Yiniaoling （treating overflow incontinence） on the immune organ in rats with insufficiency of kidney-yang. [Methods] The rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the insufficiency of kidney-yang model group, the insufficiency of kidney-yang and Jingui Sbenqi Pill group, the insufficiency of kidney-yang and large dose of Yiniao Ling group and the insufficiency of kidney-yang and small close of Yiniaoling group. The physiological saline （0.3 mL） was injected into lower limb intravenously in the normal group, cortisone acetate （25 mg/g） was injected into lower limb intramuscularly in other groups continually for 8 weeks. After that, the body weight was measured and the rats were killed. The spleen, thymus and adrenal gland were removed rapidly and weighted. The spleen index and the thymus index were calculated. The spleen and thymus were examined with microscopy. [Results] The spleen index and thymus index were reduced in model group with very marked difference when compared with the normal group （P〈0.01）. The spleen index and thymus index had extremely significant difference when compared large close of Yiniaoling group with the model group （P〈0.01）; the thymus index had extremely significant difference when compared small dose of Yiniaoling group with the model group （P〈0.01）; the spleen index had significant difference when compared small close of Yiniaoling group with the model group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The effect of Yiniaoling in treating stress incontinence of patient with yang deficiency of kidney maybe performed by increasing of the immunologic activity.
