香加皮不同入药方式的杠柳毒苷提取率比较研究

摘　　要：[目的]比较不同入药方式香加皮中杠柳毒苷提取率,为香加皮药材入药方式的选择及临床用药的安全性提供参考。[方法]采用不同入药方式(传统水煎煮、回流提取、浸渍提取)提取香加皮,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定,Hypersil ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(27∶73),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm。计算提取的杠柳毒苷总量和提取率。[结果]3种方法的提取率依次为57.84%、95.01%、99.85%。[结论]应该关注不同入药方式引起的杠柳毒苷提取量问题。[Objective] To compare the extracted ratio of periplocin in Cortex Periplocae with different extracting manner. [Methods] Cortex Periplocae was extracted with different extracting manner （traditional decocting, refluxing or and macerating method）. Ex- tracted amount of periplocin was determined by HPLC and extracting ratio was calculated. [Results] The extracted ratios of these three methods were 57.84%, 95.01%, 99.85% respectively. [Condusions] It should be noted that different extracting method can obtain different extracted amount of periplocin.
