摘　　要：阐述了涤纶阻燃机理和阻燃方法,介绍了原料阻燃涤纶织物的染整加工工艺及其生产中的注意事项,进一步探讨了原料阻燃涤纶染色织物在保留其阻燃特性的同时,再辅以耐久性抗菌、消臭整理的加工工艺,并对此三效合一织物进行抗菌性能、消臭性能和阻燃效果测试(测试方法及判定标准采用日本检测标准或英国标准协会标准),测试结果表明:该织物具有抗菌、消臭性能的同时,阻燃效果判定为合格。This paper analyzes the flame-resistant mechanism and flame-resistant methods of polyester fiber,and introduces the dyeing and finishing technology of the raw flame-resistant polyester fabrics and the precautions in production.In addition,this paper studies further the durable anti-bacterial and deodorizing finishing for this kind of fabric under the condition that the flame-resistant property remains unchanged.Experiments are made to test the anti-bacterial property,deodorizing property and flame-resistant effect using the Japanese standards or standards of British Standard Association.The tested results show that the raw flame-resistant polyester fabric bears acceptable flame-resistant performance plus good anti-bacterial and deodorizing properties.
