摘  要:以毛针织物为例,介绍了纳米抗静电整理技术的工艺流程。通过分析分散剂用量与沉降率的关系,确定出分散剂类型及用量。并对整理后的织物进行了水洗和服用性能的测试。结果表明:织物经多次水洗后仍能保持较好的抗静电效果,而且整理后织物兼具良好的抗静电和服用性能。Taking the wool knitted fabric as an example,this paper introduces the technological process of the nano anti-static finishing technology.According to the relationship between the applied amount of dispersing agent and the sedimentation rate,the type of dispersing agent and the applied amount are determined.Furthermore,the washing property and wearability of the fabric after finishing are tested,and the results show that the anti-static effect can be well retained after many times of washings,and the fabric after finishing bears both good anti-static property and wearability.
