摘  要:仿照水域生态系统中的臭轮藻自行研制了新型仿生填料并将其直接布设于河床上,以河道中原有的天然生物菌群为种源,考察了在河道缓流水体的自然流量下,新型仿生填料的动态培养挂膜过程。结果表明,经过30 d的动态培养挂膜,对NH+4-N的去除率稳定在40%左右,对CODMn的去除率接近10%;生物膜的厚度逐渐增加,其上生物种群呈规律性变化,生物量也最终趋于稳定,标志着新型仿生填料在河流中挂膜成功。A new type bionic packing was designed by imitating Chara foetida in the water ecosystem, and was laid directly on a riverbed. Taking natural biological community existing in streams as species source, the dynamic biofilm forming course of the packing in natural flow of low-flow water body was investigated. Results indicate that after 30 days of dynamic cultivation, the degradation rate of NH4^+ - N steadies at 40%, the degradation rate of CODMn is about 10%. The biofilm thickness increases progressively, the biological community changes regularly and the biomass reaches a final steady state which indicates that the biofilm has been formed on the bionic packing successfully.
