中西医结合治疗糖尿病56例观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药足浴和前列地尔脂微球载体(北京泰德制药有限公司生产,商品名为凯时)联合治疗糖尿病足的有效性和安全性。方法选择糖尿病足患者106例,随机分为两组,治疗组56例,对照组50例。两组均予严格控制血糖、血压、血脂。在此基础上,治疗组每日给予糖足一号协定方足浴30 min和凯时针10μg加入生理盐水50 mL中静脉推注3 h,对照组给予凯时针静脉推注,剂量方法同前,疗程4 W。结果两组下肢各级动脉血管内径和峰值流速较治疗前均有改善,治疗组的足背动脉血管内径和峰植流速的改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05。治疗过程中无严重不良反应发生。结论中药足浴和凯时治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变安全有效。Objective to probe into the effectiveness and safety of foot - bath with traditional Chinese herbs combined with alprostadil microglobular lipid carder （made by Beijing Taide Pharmaceutical Company, trade mark Kaishi） in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 106 cases of diabetes patients with angiopathy in lower limbs were randomly divided into 2 groups, 56 cases in therapeutic group, and 50 cases control group. Blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid of the two groups were strictly controlled. Besides, the therapeutic group were given biabetic foot NO. 1 synthesized prescription foot - bath for 30min and intravenous injection of Kaishizhen plus 50ml normal saline for 3h. The control group were given intravenous injection of Kaishizhen with the same dose and method as the therapeutic group for 4w. Results The internal diameter and the peak value of the flow rate in lower limbs of the two groups were improved, but the improvement of the internal diameter of the dorsal pedal artery and the peak value of the flow rate of the therapeutic group was much more obvious（P 〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction occurred during treatment. Conclusion Foot -bath with traditional Chinese herbs combined with Kaishi in the treatment of angiopathy in lower limbs is safe and effective.
