中医药对支气管哮喘白介素影响的研究进展

摘　　要：现代医学证实白细胞介素与支气管哮喘密切相关。白细胞介素参与了支气管哮喘的发生、发展过程,它被作为研究支气管哮喘的重心和治疗的靶点被重视,是现今支气管哮喘研究的热点之一。近年来我国中医药工作者以白细胞介素为切入点研究了中医药作用于支气管哮喘时白细胞介素的变化,取得了很多成果。文章从单味药的研究、古方的研究、外治法的研究等四个方面综述了中医药治疗支气管哮喘的与白细胞介素相关的临床和实验研究进展。Modern medicinal studies indicated that in terleukin is closely related to bronchial asthma. Interleukin bears an important part in the arises and developing process of asthma, it is considered as a center of gravity in research on bronchial asthma and a new treatment target, it is one of research hotspots on bronchial asthma. Recently, workers in charge of traditional Chinese medicine do a lot of work in the researches on alteration of interleukin after treatments by Chinese medicine and acquired much achievement. The article reviews the clinical and experimental advances in researching on asthma treated with Chinese medicine which has relation to intedeukin, it contains four aspects, such as researches on a sort of Chinese medicine, researches on proved recipes, researches on ancient prescriptions, researches on external therapies.
